Happy Holidays from the Atlanta Dogwood Festival!

19-Dec-2016 As we look forward to our 81st annual festival next spring, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us during our many decades. Each spring, we bring three days of fine art, live music and entertainment, international performances, competing dogs, festival and gourmet fare and beautiful spring weather – when we can work that out with Mother Nature – to Piedmont Park. And each year, we are able to provide free admission thanks to our many individual and corporate donors.

Be part of this annual tradition by making a donation to the festival as you complete your year-end giving!

The Atlanta Dogwood Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. In addition to hosting the festival each spring, we sponsor the Atlanta High School Art Exhibition. This vital arts program was established in the early 1970s and offers young local artists an opportunity to compete, exhibit their work and earn prizes such as scholarships and art supplies. This “must see” festival event is a juried competition drawing upwards of 700 entries each year from which the best hundred works comprise the festival exhibition. The AHSAE welcomes entries from high school art students from 12 regional Atlanta counties, and the competition offers awards worth more than $40,000 while filling a growing gap in creative opportunities for youth.
